Preamble
Section 1 Short title and extent.- (1) This Act may be called The Minimum Wages
Section 2 Interpretation. - In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the

Section 4 Provided that where any wage periods have been fixed under section 4 of the Payment of Wages Act, 1936 (4 of 1936), minimum wages shall be fixed in accordance therewith.
Section 5 Procedure for fixing and revising minimum wages.- (1) In fixing
