An Act to make special provision for securing the orderly establishment in industrial

areas and industrial estates of industries in the

2[State of Goa] and to assist generally in the organisation therefore, and for that purpose to establish an Industrial Development Corporation, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa, Daman and Diu in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
