- (2)The Commission shall conduct the National Teachers' Eligibility Test for Homoeopathy through such designated authority and in such manner as may be specified by regulations.
- (3)The National Teachers' Eligibility Test for Homoeopathy shall become operational on such date, within three years from the date on which this Act comes into force, as may be notified by the Central Government: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall apply to the teachers appointed prior to the date notified under sub-section (3).
