Section 19 Application of the provision of this Act to any other mineral.

Section 1 of The SAPPHIRE ACT, 1989 (1932 A. D.)

(i)The Act may be called the Sapphire Act, 1989.
(ii)It shall extend to the 1[whole of the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir].
