Preamble
Section 2 Act VIII of 1851 is hereby repealed in so far as it affects the Presidency of Bombay.
Section 3 Act XVI of 1895.
Section 4 Bombay Local Boards Act, 1884.
Section 5 No tolls shall be paid for the passage
Section 6 Act.
Section 7 Every person, other than the persons appointed to collect the tolls under this Act,
