Power to lease.
The Manager may, subjectto the prescribed conditions, make settlementof all or any of the immoveable properties of the estate and may for this purpose execute any lease or counterpart of a lease: Provided that, unless the settlement is of a kind authorised by rule made under section 28, its terms and conditions shall have been previously approved by the State Government.
