Subject to the conditions and restrictions laid
down in this Act regarding practice by person possessing certain recognised allied and healthcare qualifications, every person whose name is for the time being borne on the Central Register shall be entitled according to his qualifications to provide any service within the defined scope of practice as an allied and healthcare professional under this Act and to receive in respect of such service, any expenses, charges or any fees to which he may be entitled.
