If the name of any person enrolled on a State Register is removed therefrom in pursuance of any power conferred under this Act, the Commission shall direct the
removal of the name of such person from the Central Register in such manner as may be specified by regulations:
Provided that on the removal of his name from the Central Register or State Register, as the case may be, such certificate shall cease to be valid.
