- (1)The Chairperson of the State Council and Member nominated under clauses (e) and (f) of sub-section (3) of section 22 shall hold office for a term not exceeding two years from the date on which they enter upon their office and shall be eligible for renomination for a maximum period of two terms.
- (2)The Members nominated to the State Council under clauses (e) and (f) of sub-section (3) of section 22 shall receive such travelling and other allowances as may be prescribed by the State Government.
