27PreviousSection 27 Regulations - The Academic Planning Board shall have power to make regulation subject to the provisions of this Act and such regulations may provide for all or any of the following matters, namely :-29NextSection 29 Annual Accounts - The Finance Committee shall prepare during each financial year the annual accounts of the University of the preceding year and submit them to such audit as the Government may direct before the end of the financial year. The accounts when audited shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and copies thereof together with copies of audit report shall be submitted to the Executive Council not later than two years from the end of the financial year to which the accounts pertain and to the Government.
