39PreviousSection 39 Proceedings of University authorities or bodies not to be invalidated by vacancies - No Act or proceedings of any authority or other body of the University shall be invalid merely by reason of some defect in the constitution of the authority or body or by reason of the existence of a vacancy or vacancies among its members.41NextSection 41 Power to remove difficulties - If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by order make such provision not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty:-
